FKI Logistex® complete upgrade to Warehouse Management System and Graphical User Interface software for M-Real

FKI Logistex® – a leading global supplier of automated handling systems – has successfully completed the design and installation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) control and Graphical User Internface (GUI) software at M-Real’s National Distribution Centre in Sittingbourne, Kent. The upgrade of functionality from the existing standalone Stock Distribution System (SDS) was completed, on budget and on time, in just 12 weeks.

FKI Logistex® completes handover of new automated handling system to Unilever

FKI Logistex® - a global leader in automated material handling systems – has completed the handover of a new high-speed palletising system to Unilever Pty. Part of Unilever’s plans to introduce detergent powder in eco-friendly bags as a replacement for traditional cardboard boxes, the system at the Unilever plant in Boksburg, South Africa was completed on time and on budget.

FKI Logistex® - a global leader in integrated material handling solutions - has won a major contract to supply Condor™ very-narrow-aisle (VNA), automated storage-and-retrieval systems (AS/RS) for six new Preferred Freezer Services® facilities planned for mid 2007.
